can anybody come up with a few phrases of secret-lab technical jargon that sound sort of vaguely sexual (or might sound that way coming out of Lex Luther's mouth?) They can be about anything really.

It's for the secret project.

Make sure the primary electron node is jammed firmly into the secondary receptor node. If you want, you can reverse the polarity on the nodes... to mix things up a little bit.
