blahchiharu, who wanted Sanada and Nozawa investigating Hasshi but then failed to come up with a compelling reason why. Also, 'getting to C' is like the base system, as in "I got to third base with her." Like the American system, exactly what A, B, or C is is rather fluid, but D is as high as I've ever heard somebody getting.
