The Quest Continues

Was anybody else having AIM woes yesterday? My adium was being such a jerk that i switched to regular AIM for a little while, and i was getting kicked on and off there too.

There's a new beta of Adium that is supposed to fix the disconnection problem, but i can't tell whether it's not fixed or AIM was just freaking out yesterday.

Additionally, i had a little bit where i was talking to darkeyedwolf but none of my IMs were going through even though i was flagrantly connected and getting hers. So if i suddenly stop talking to you, give me a heads up? i might actually BE talking to you.

I'm going to keep plugging away with the new version for a little bit, cause it fixes my file transer and group chat stuff, but being connected is obviously of prime importance here.

i had the same issues. i swear some days its out to get me or at least make me think i am talking to myself.

I'm glad it wasn't just me, but the Adium woes continue. I'm actually talking with the debug guy now since most people's issues have apparently been fixed already.

i just want to be able to talk to people and have them send me pictures of hot asian boybands! is that too much to ask?
