I just want to say, in case anybody thinks they are going to come over here and start some shit, that

A) posting anything in an anon hate meme is completely retarded. If you don't want to put your name on it, then perhaps you should rub two brain cells together and realize that you shouldn't be saying it.

B) I can't imagine what would possess you to say something like "I can't wait until mousapelli wakes up" in the aforementioned retarded anon hate meme. Look, I make my friends and you make yours, and trying to somehow include me in your retarded anon bad-mouthing of my friends is certainly not going to strengthen your case.

C) Goldie owns. And if you have something to say about that, frankly i don't want to hear it, because here in polite society it is ridiculously rude to talk smack about people like that. This is the internet, not a tree full of poo-flinging monkeys. Although you'd never know it.

D) And furthermore, you wish that you were as cool as the lint that Marks picks out of her bellybutton.

I love your icon.

On one hand, I love the internet. It brings me closer to a whole bunch of awesome people and resources and STUFF that I just would otherwise never have encountered.

On the other hand I think it really hinders our society, as it encourages people to forget about things like grammar, spelling, and basic rules of social interaction.

It rewards those of us who never, mentally, left high school.

I find this very disheartening.

I comfort myself with the knowledge that this is a rare sort of run-in for me, and most of the time if I didn't have the internet I would be killing myself out of friendlessness and jobhate right now.

Yeah, aside from Y!gal where it's hard to avoid, I tend to not engage with most of the internet. Because (just like in real!life) most of the people are not really worth talking to, and sort of aggravating. Whole pages of journals devoted to such fit-for-public-consumption topics as "that skanky ho bitch if she thinks I give a shit about what she says about me she is ttly mistaken lol sorry to be vague but you know who you are lol"

...you know, my brother's highschool choir was in town this past week, and L and I, plus my cousin and his girl friend went down to have dinner with him. they sat us in the same dinning room as the choir, but we had our own table -- we could actually WATCH all the...highschool...occurring around us. It was sort of fascinating.
