so i watched the first episode of buzzer beat

1. my japanese still sucks. ugh.

2. lol yamapi and his teammates comparing muscles. i would watch yamapi in sweaty sports series always, and i want to scrunch his adorable perm THIS MUCH.

3. I can already see that love interest girl and I are going to hate each other. No you cannot fuck around on yamapi. there's 100% nothing she can do to redeem herself for the whole rest of the series. Oh look, a main female character that I hate immediately! what a shock.

4. my dad is snoring so loudly that I could hear him over all the dialogue. fail.

also that was hella longer than I expected, yikes.

I am pleased to see all this Buzzer Beat love going around recently! I love the heck out of Mai and her silly makeup obsession. She's definitely in my top two bff characters, right after Bu-ki from The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry.

And by "love interest girl" I hope you mean Aibu Saki's character, because I will be sad if you hate the violin girl!

right, yes, the fiance's the one that I don't like, for obvious reasons. also it turns out one of the many problems I have watching things raw is that I have a terrible time learning everybody's name. The only reason I learned Naoki's is because it's written on his shirt.

Oh, well, that's all right, then. Nobody likes her except darkeyedwolf. Maybe I should say nobody genuinely likes her, but she's one of those characters people love to hate.

I love how Naoki's first name is written on his shirt. XD And that the shirt is bright pink.
