Actually it's going to be quite the post since I haven't posted any of my nails since about the start of school. Here's what I have for Christmas right now:

I'd done ones like this before, but I still love Zoya's Tama, and you'll see it again near the bottom.

I wasn't happy with how the pink stripes didn't stand out enough against the dark purple, but I got a lot of compliments on this one.

was totally pleased with these. Best use of Konad pattern ever.

These are some of my favorite colors, but the gunmetal at the very bottom was definitely too dark.

did these up for Hawaii, the rhinestone was supposed to be red to match and when i went outside the next day, in natural light i realized they were pink. SO MAD. eh.

I wanted this to be light pink on blue but it wouldn't show up so I switched to white. These are from the new Konad disc I randomly bought in Hawaii with a bunch of ume blossoms.

also i got these stickers which I really liked, but they were a little too 3-dimensional so they chipped off really fast. Used Tama again ♥

Oh my god, I had no idea you were into nail art! Otherwise I would have bothered you so much sooner about it. I've only recently gotten into giving myself regular manicures and the like. And I'm totally addicted to Zoya.

I love your Christmas mani - well all of them, really - but that one's so festive!

yup, i've been doing them about a year or so now. everybody at school is so impressed, and refuses to believe they could do it just as easily.

Thanks! I'm pretty please with the ones I've got now. And I need to totally put in a Zoya order because I'm running out of their polish remover, which i adore.

I was the same way honestly. The manis I've seen all looked so professional. And then I actually looked into tutorials and that was pretty much the beginning of the end. XD I actually just got myself some plates off of Amazon, though I haven't tried them out yet. But I did just give myself a newsprint mani.

So you watch Zoya's twitter account? Because they've been doing a lot of good deals lately. I like their polish because it smells really nice. But I find I have to use a lot of it to get the polish off. But that maybe be because of my base/top coats.

WAH. I want Zoya deals! SO NOT FAIR.

Also I am MAD that I can't do bright colors anymore. BIG DOWNSIDE to having a dress code. *SIGH*

Will have to go all-out for the holidays, then.

You should follow their twitter! For the last couple of weeks they've been randomly posting promo codes for like buy 2, get 2 free; or free shipping for the first 100 people. Stuff like that.

Well, some of their more neutral shades are really nice, too. Like Jules is a pale champagne color that has just the tiniest bit of shimmer. And Pandora is an amazing beigey-pink. I love it so much.

Yeah, but that only works for US residents, right?

Ah, Zoya only ships to the continental US, so...I guess so. :/

I just have it shipped to my mom and tell her to toss them in with my next care package whenever that happens to be. :x

I love the Konad patterns, so~ handy. Also, wow :O my favourites are the violet/green/gunmetal ones, I love those colours together!

but they were a little too 3-dimensional so they chipped off really fast
I had these white flowers stickers that were kind of 3d and they would come off really fast because I liked to play with them (they were soft 8D). But if you paint a good coat of clear nailpolish over it they stay on forever! I mean, if you manage to let it dry XD;

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Something to consider.

Not that I need more polishes, really. D:

Or well, I DO. But. >_>

it's so funny that you suggested that and then today the very first thing that popped up was the deal for 4 polishes + the remover, which is exactly what I needed, plus I got free shipping out of it. Best $25 ever.

I use a decent amount of the remover, but nothing compared to how much I would have to use of the cheap stuff, I think this is way better, plus the fliptop thing is genius. I haven't spilled remover on my coffee table or carpet even once since I got one.

yup, that's what a couple people on my flist do. I could even send you stuff in exchange for magazines or whatever you generally mail me, since if the two of us combined it'd push us over the free shipping threshold without either one of us spending all the monies.

cause you know, that never happens *cough*

But yeah, there's been a whole bunch of free shipping offers from them today, I guess since it's Christmas any second.

thanks! I love purple and teal together, it just needed something a little lighter to offset how dark both of those were.

nope, I had like three coats of top coat on there, they just didn't last. Sad! they were really cute. I hope the snowflake ones I bought as well aren't like that.

Yes! I almost took advantage of that deal. But then I reminded myself that I've gotten six knew polishes over the last month. And I should, y'know, buy other people gifts for Christmas. Or something. >.>

Ooh, I'm dying to try the BigFlipper. I only have the small sample size and I'm going through it fast. Good to know it works so well, though. I always worry about spilling, especially since I tend to do my manicures in bed.

you should totally do this one, because the shipping and the flipper turn out to be free, and the polishes themselves come down to $6.25 apiece. That's probably the best deal you're going to get out of Zoya, haha. I justified it by getting two of the polishes as presents for my mom.

Actually, the best deal I got out of them was two free polishes and all I had to pay was shipping. That was pretty sweet. But this deal is so tempting. Argh! Damn my impulses shopping!
