Hee! *gigglegigglegiggle* That bit of Dad-cuteness might make me forgive your dad for his call this morning. Man, three hours of sleep. *groans* But it wasn't his fault, and 9 am was reasonable for people who live in the real world, so ... I don't know where I was going with this. Three hours of sleep!

However, rent check + rubbish + registration fee sent priority mail this afternoon. Woot! I'm going to call tomorrow AM to see about getting utilities turned on and stuff -- things should be humming along pretty well by the time you get there!

Have you looked into renter's insurance? You have lots more expensive stuff than me, so it makes more sense to do it separately. Bids I got today were in the $96/year range, but that was for 25 thou.
