mousapelliCan somebody PLEASE tell my why my layout CSS does not work? All i want is a black background, and the image to be fixed and not repeat.
I DO NOT WANT LIME GREEN. I AM NOT ASKING FOR LIME GREEN.
right now it says this:

background-color:#000000;
background-image: url(http://www.sprunkers.com/fullmoonlj3.jpg);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-attachment: fixed;
}
I tried copying and pasting right from the LJ howto example, and NOTHING is working. does anybody know what the problem is?
