some self-drawn marauder fanart

mousapelliafter i wrote "Two Decades and Still Debauching" last night, I became totally enthralled with the mental image of the picture of the Marauders playing at the Yule Ball that Remus gives to Harry.
So I bit the bullet, and drew it. Then I scanned it. How i adore the $40 scanner!
now let me warn you, i am not an artist. and the whole thing turned out rather inexplicably...you know how they have pop bands as characters on the Scooby Doo cartoons? all animated and such? That's what this looks like.
And James has a definate John Lennon bent to him. Perhaps Voldemort killed him to impress some girl.
It isn't purposely shaded, it's just that the pencil was smudgy all over the paper, and when i edited out the smudge on the bits i wanted lighter, it turned out like this. It looks a little Quentin Blake-ish, yes?
and the new icon is from the scan that Ellen is about to post.
