I'm in Harrisburg for the next couple days, if you're wondering where i am. I do check my email once a day or so, so if any fandom emergencies happen, i'll be here. laylah_r: thank you so much for the KKM! Now i can watch them and pretend i'm not on dialup here.

Ellen says my rat is hiding in a pair of my pajama pants and won't come out, not even for food. Poor Mulciber :( I wish rats could fly in airplanes.

The inuyasha costume is done, and it's fabulous. My mom helped me sew the pants, and hem everything else. I'll put up pictures after the Arts House party. The ears had to be black in the end, cause i couldn't find white ones, but that's okay. I even got a ninja sword at the dollar store.

Off to Lancaster to visit Colin and Sarah and Drew and all them! Yay!

I'm not looking forward to reading skip=ahundredmillion for the flist...hey, how many of these are there, anyhow? between the boylove and seeing the Grudge this weekend, i'm seeing a welcome merge in the asian/american entertainment market.

small world, isn't it? There were LJers at my undergrad too. I'm a Classics grad student, i'm getting an MAT in Latin. What program are you in? This is my first semester, and i'm still battling with the secondary education department over whether or not they are going to certify me to teach (but oh they are).

I am lacking a fabulous classics icon, so instead i will simply use an Orli one in response.

It is totally a small world! i'm in the historic preservation department, also in my first semester. I was a classics undergrad, and totally miss it.

I LOVE your icon! Mmmm, yummy Orli. I, too, have no fabulous classics icon....
