mousapellithe ibook cord is well and truly dead. There was no flashy exit, no going out in a blaze of blue sparks, one minute it was working and the next, nothing.
so I've just spent $50 to replace it that no doubt could have been used for something better. it's not even an Apple replacement, it's something equivalent that the internet SWEARS will work, because the apple version would have set me back $80. again.
fucking rat.
*crosses fingers that two-day shipping means it will arrive at home in Saturday's mail*
next step: posting the bits of the fic i'm working on locked to myself in case i can't charge my laptop for days.
