the cord is here! huzzah for Sunday delivery!

as i was opening the package, the rat heard the rustling and hurried over. "Ooh, a new cord for me to chew? it must be christmas!" I'm going to have to get a cord protector or something.

and now to find my work shoes and head to the movie theater.

You could try to check out a hardware store, and see if they have any sort bendy tube-things you could slip the cord into. And if the rat manages to eat thru that, it'll be a hell of a lot cheaper to replace than a power cord.
