I am back on the good internet, woot! and I now have a copy of Half-Blood Prince reserved at the Borders here. 'Magic Midnight Party', here I come! hetaira9, Willy Wonka is out that Friday too, any interest in either event that Friday? If not, there's Dark Water on the 8th, hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo.

Lancaster is much the same as always, which is comforting. I drove around as much to drive around as to run some errands. My suitemates are nice, one girl has never done this before, and the other's been an instructor a few times.

and even though i am not hungry, i am going to go to dinner and socialize a little, instead of being a big loser and three-hole-punching my NaNo like i want to.

The last HP I read was "Children of the Mind", and I haven't read the new "Ender's Shadow" series or any of the sequels. So, clearly I am not a fan.

I'm not really sure what HP stands for, anyway, or what it has to do with Science Fiction.

woohoo! I know a handful of CTY people are interested in Willy Wonka and then HBP, but a bunch of them have already reserved their book at Barnes and Nobles rather than the Borders, so there should be some sort of group thing going on.

Regardless, I will be doing WW and then HBP at the Borders, so you are welcome to come along to either!

awesome, remind me what the date is (I'm a bad fangirl, I can't seem to keep dates straight in my head this summer, it's like the 16th or the 18th or something like that, right?) and also can I reserve the copy from the Borders website? I've been remiss in reserving my copy (I normally would've done it on bn.com, but I've been lazy).

so where are you living this summer, in Weis again? How's the ratty? Give him a pat on the head and a fruitloop for me!

That Friday is the 15th, so the midnight thing is technically the 16th, but Friday night, you know how it goes.

I would suspect you can reserve your copy online, that would make sense, but if not we can take a trip out there at some point if you want in the next week or two.

the rat's doing fine, but we're actually in Thomas this year. Still suite living, but my two roommates seem really nice. Do you have my cell number still? if not, my f&m extension is x6396, i'll catch up with you at some point soon amidst all this training stuff.

gaaaah i saw all the CTYers in the bookstore yesterday. i was picking up my books for my july class (which ended up to be just one book!!!) and they were swarming it.
im home now for my birthday but ill be up again...more time to do stuff in july cuz that class is easier but i wanna see ya again!!!! :-D
