i had no idea what the hell it was at first, because it was all shiny and reflective, and then finally i was like "OH GOD it's his SHIRT" and then i had to go back and watch the whole scene over again because i missed the entire conversation while i was laughing too hard.

this easily rivals anything Touya ever wore on Hikaru no Go. We need to have like a bad anime fashion roundup or something.

i believe he is implying thee gay, yes. dude, nothing implies thee gay more than this show. and if it all isn't enough, after it's done, they made live-action musicals where full-grown adults SING the angst of the midde-school tennis bishounen.

sometimes i cannot even imagine what the animators are thinking. "ooh, purple! purple is creepy! with roses! big pink ones, and in case there's any doubt left that Mizuki was dressed in a pitch black closet by a furious transvestite, lets make it COMPLETELY REFLECTIVE."

Haha... to be fair, I'm pretty sure it's really Konomi's fault.  The sweater showed up somewhere in the manga, or maybe a standalone illustration (so it may have been b&w, but still.  Can you picture a rose-patterned sweater in any other colors? :p)

There's a AU music video thing for PoT called "Band of Princes" that exhibits, at the very least, Kaidoh and Inui's worst fashion moments. Kaidoh in BoP is often referred to as "homeless!Kaidoh" for a reason.
