I am so full of fannish love at this moment:

1) Kamen Rider Kabuto

alkdjfasjdfflkajsdflksHEARTS. I just finished the first TheBee arc, and KAGAMI ♥. When the bike transformed, I though I was actually going to die laughing. Also, tofu is so a metaphor for Kabuto/TheBee love. ourloveissoHENSHIN.

Where is the awesome Tendou/Kagami/Hiyori?! Hal, get on that right now. "I am having a mackeral party!" There needs to be completely mood-breaking 'grandmother once said' comments while lounging around in bed, and Kagami freaking out.

In conclusion, Tendou is the best priest EVAR. omfgchoir.

2) Loveless

October scans are out. Soubi! RITSUKA! *so much toddlerfisting* I wish somebody was scanlating, because it's so much more powerful than trying to look back and forth between scans and translations, but OH, Kouga, you never disappoint.

The translations have been good too, which is wonderful because there is no way I won't own this whole manga. I wish i didn't have a billion other things I needed to write! I wrote good loveless. I should write more. (marks, read it, damn you)

3) koi ga bokura wo yurusu hani and yaoi_daily in general

While the constant stream of one-shots Y_D provides me with is totally appealing, and there's been a handful i liked enough to download (Steady Study, Tone, and Tsuki to Mizu no Yoru in particular) it's the longer Koi ga that I'm head over heels for.

As in anime, single-volume manga doesn't let me fall in love with the characters the way 3+ vol series do. Ch 11 of this one is going up right now, and I have fallen in love with every single character. Even the boys' girlfriends. Even the one girlfriend's other boyfriend. I usually don't go in for the angst, but I've really enjoyed every chapter of this series so far. Fujio/Yamazaki ♥

4) TENNIS

US Open, never leave me. Roddick! Nadal! Federer! Dmitry is a permant blogger! The commercial where the Bryan twins are asked what they're taking to the open and they say "my brother!" Bless you, bless you, tennis, and your plenteous fuzzy balls which make Roddick strip on court and Nadal have strange encounters with tiny Asian teenagers.

ETA: Agassi/Baghdatis OTP! This is the most amazing match I have ever seen. The Cyprian has just won my heart with his pink umbrella drinks and demands for thigh massages and his hiliarously homeric epithet and OH YEAH the fiercest attempt to pwn tennis in the world.

Marks, we are going to see tennis together, goddammit. Find out when there is doubles play. We can make headbands!

3) Koi ga Bokura wo Yurusu Hani is one of my favorites manga of all times in general, really. I've read it so many times and loved every panel ♥. That's why Modoru Motoni has become one of my top 20 mangakas ^^Uu.

The art is a little more CLAMP-ish than i prefer, but the story is SO GOOD that i don't really care. I love the random new boyfriend showing up at Fujio's and Fujio like freaking out (that's about exactly where i am).

the manga is amazing. I prefer anime to manga 95% of the time, but Loveless is the one really huge exception. Kouga Yun's art is so gorgeous and stark and expressive, and the parts of the story that really made me fall in love with Loveless don't happen until after the anime anyhow. There are so many fantastic characters here. The ending is going to be just amazing.

Although the anime is certainly one of the most gorgeous ones i've ever seen. even the compressed version was pretty when i saw it subbed, but i've seen the first episode on the DVD, and it blew me away with how much more beautiful it was.

You're like the fourth person on my flist who's watched it, but at least the numbers are slowly climbing! I have so much love for that show, omg. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Tendou/Kagami = ! And yeah, I even love the Tendou/Kagami/Hiyori-ness. ^.^

Sadly, the fandom is kinda lacking. Which is to say, it's pretty much nonexistant. grandma_said is just about the only comm around. But we can drag more people in yet!

Koi wa bokura!! ♥ I love that one so much. For the first four chaps or so I so was in an OT4-blissful mood. I looooove it in a way I rarely do.

GAAAAH. That meeting is going to break me. Waaah, now with the whole actual claiming (OHGOD, I was fearing it'd be until the last ep, partly from the last anime ep) but OHGOD. Soubi asking for Ritsuka to claim him! RITSUKA CLAIMING HIM! *SQUEE* Aaaaaaah, they're one of the few canon couples that I do really go squeeful about.

i know, those few pages just killed me. so sweet and sad and awesome. i was really hoping they'd show their strings again! cause i liked that before. but maybe we won't ever find out where Ritsuka's was going before. The panel where Soubi's string was just dragging on the ground made me cry the first time i saw it.

ritsuka's never going to make it to 14 with his ears intact. never.

Manga!Soubi just breaks my heart in a zillion pieces. He's so broken and so sad most of the time! I can't even go squeeful at him anymore, I go all soft around the edges and I just want to feed him cookies and make Ritsuka pet his hair.

I do think that we're going to find out, it's too big of a cliffhanger not to be revealed. Probably at the end of a chapter so we have to go a whole month without knowing, too... and for some reason I just pictured a whole 'Luke. I am your father!' scene happening in Loveless. AND! Ritsuka's old memory, maybe? Waaaaaaaaah. Is it October already? *flails*

(Well, there is the picture Kouga Yun made of 17 years old Ritsuka with his ears... but maybe that was just as to not give spoilers away because, after all this? If Ritsuka manages to get to spring with his ears, it'd be a miracle).

There is that one-shot where Ritsuka is the older one and Soubi is twelve, where ritsuka still has his ears and soubi still doesn't, but i didn't realize the eared older ritsuka art didn't come from there. he's just the cutest thing on wheels.

Ritsuka's memory is for sure coming back. Also, i think it'll be interesting to see if they're going to pursue the fact that Ritsuka can apparently cast spells like a fighter.

when Zero left and Soubi called himself garbage, it was just heartbreaking. and i wonder what Kio's going to get up to here!

I adore that one shot! Kid!Soubi was so deliciously devious! *roooooolls* So pimping in his 12 years old earless self. And I think it doesn't come from that, but I'm not completely sure, so maybe it does come from that.

Well, Youji could cast spells too, or at least he cast that controlling one over Shinonome-sensei, but so far they're the only Sacrifices that have been shown to have this kind of power.

Zero leaving has been the most heartbreaking thing ever! Soubi calling the Zero chibi and then acting all sad and depressed and kicked! I already want them to see each other again and be a big -gay- happy family again, please.

I'm guessing hostage, but I hope they don't torture him too much. D=

yeah, but the Zeros were built, and built to be interchangeable, so who even knows what all they can do. of course it's hard to tell what people are supposed to do because ritsuka doesn't really understand most of it.

Good point, and it's true that the other 'normal' Sacrifices don't seem to have any kind of powers. Maybe being Loveless means you're your own Combo? Mmmmm...

i think there might be something to the idea that soubi and ritsuka's roles are more fluid than most teams, if only because ritsuka really seems to want it that way.

I'm having troubles with Asakawa taking off his D=. I had to leave that one and move to the twins, who at least are cooperating. I fail so much. I'm sure that only when dealing with shots or medical examinations Asakawa would try to keep them on so much.

It was all going well and dandy and the Asakawa just stopped and the fic refuses to move. I'm starting to think this is his stalling tactic to get more people involved. And my original idea had been fluffy Sato/Asakawa PG, too. D= I'm as pwned by Asakawa as Sato. *emos in a corner*
