I have broken the internet

Not only does paypal tell me the person i am trying to pay off on ebay doesn't exist, but now every single thing i try to click on off of my flist turns up this error:

"[Error: Database handle unavailable at /home/lj/cgi-bin/LJ/User.pm line 370. @ w106]"

what the hell does THAT mean?! fix me :(:(:(

LJ's been broken like that for me a lot too, I think it has to do with their stupid-ass Jabber thingy. *waits impatiently for them to make it turn-offable*
