I'm trying to stay positive about just getting through this year and understanding that everybody's first year is terrible, but I'm so tired and full of dread, even after ten days off. Even thinking about going back has had my chest all tight all day. It doesn't help that when I am stressed out, all I want is to be left alone, which is like the antithesis of what I do all day.

i recognize that there are lots of people doing jobs they hate a lot more for a lot less money, but I really just need to get in a place where I'm not worrying about going to work in all the time where i'm not actually there.

I gave myself a timeline of three years to see if things get better and network and stuff before I make any real decisions. I felt a little better after i put a limit on the worst case scenario

SO MUCH DEAD. And Ryuichi's hair is growing back out (barrettes!) and Ryohei has a hoodie and Keita's voice sounds so amazing these days, and I'm so proud of them all! *FULL OF SQUEE*

Keita's the super tall one, the lead singer. Ryuichi is the one with the longest hair, the one who raps most in Sup Wassup. And Ryhohei is the one with the strawberry streaks in his hair, who is doing a lot of the breakdancing.

i think it's the engrish equivalent of "put your hands in the air." XD Jpop boys!

It would probably help to figure out what you hate in particular, why you hate it, and whether you'll be able to do anything to fix it, but getting ready for the other end of your self-imposed trial period is definitely a good idea.

It's basically just that I have too much to do all the time, especially with the end of the quarter coming up, and no time really to do any of it. And my math class starts the tenth ._.;

At least languages don't have finals, because that sounds like it's a whole other deal that I am ill-prepared to deal with with atm.

That sounds like a good idea to give yourself a timeline. It never hurts to keep your resume updated and look around. Jeff's stressed out about work too, but what he hates is a problem that exists at every job, unfortunately. You should watch Office Space. That movie always makes it better. :P

I have fantasies where it is my job to sit in a cube and enter data all day without 24 students staring at me all the time.

All jobs do suck, it's true. I'm almost halfway done, then i'll just have to hang on until summer ._.

Thank God it's only a 4 day week... then we get a 3 day weekend in 2 weeks and only a month 'til mid-winter break

It's better when New Year's Day falls on a Friday... then you get a two day cushion until you haveta go back.
