Snow Day...sort of

We got out a couple hours early today because of the snow, which is great, but if the whole day is cancelled tomorrow, we won't get off on Friday, which does not please me.

I completely lost my voice last night, which meant i was talking to people with blue pieces of paper and a black marker all day. And I kept forgetting and going to do things like change my phone message, and...no. It's funny how that won't matter at all to any of you, because online.

But I put a cd of Arashi music in my car today and ♥♥♥ Sakura Sake has completely become my favorite song, because of lyrics like "there's somebody singing in front of the station, and it's a song that you love."

I wish american music was half so...happy? cute? full of working hard-ness? I can't quite put my finger on the quality that I find lacking when I turn on the radio (other than 'good' around here because omfg radio suck).

But I do know that nothing on the radio this morning, at 7 am driving to the job with no voice in the snow to be abused by teenagers all day, could have made me bounce in my seat like Sakura Sake and Sunrise Nippon did this morning.

At some point one of our brains was partially removed and put into the other person's head. No seriously. Because I totally lost my voice last night (singing Schadenfreude at the top of my lungs >->) and had Sakura Sake urges all morning. ALL MORNING I SAY.

Out of curiosity, do you know my darling mutant_cucumber? She's doing a 50 arts prompt thing for Arashi and it's made of excellence. :3 /pimp. And she's the one at fault for getting me into Arashi anyway, so I rabu her~

ahahaah, i was standing in the middle of the one test i was going, like bouncing along to it in my head. It's SO HAPPY. and about sakura blooming in your chest XD JAPAN.

Ooou, no, i don't have her friended or anything, but that sounds really cool, so i will head over and check it out!

Sakura Sake is my favorite ARASHI song/MV. So happy and cheerful! I don't follow them much although I run into their music a lot and hee, I tried getting Wolfie into the group when I discovered them and her initial action was to cling to w-inds. *am so amused how by how much she loves them now*

I have to admit, w-inds. are so easy to tell apart and sexy and adorable, that it's hard to get into other people afterwards. All the other bands have too many people! and they keep cross-pollenating!

but after dealing with NewS and KAT-TUN, Arashi didn't seem too hard.

Sakura was the first PV I watched, and I was totally struck dumb with love. In the end, there weren't many other PVs i loved half as much as that one, but we watched them all in a row *g* so i need to redo a bunch, without my head being half-pasted on yayz.

Dude, everything is Wolf's fault. everything.
