Ohnoes! Neopets Drama

mousapelliI just tried to log into my side neopets accounts because of a random faerie quest, and apparently now you are supposed to know not only your password, but also the birthdate you signed up with.
O.o well apparently, three of my five accounts have a different date assigned, cause it accepts my password but then won't let me log in still because the birthday is wrong! NOT FAIR! I can't log into my accounts, even though I know the passwords? Dude, it's not my damned bank account, it's a virtual pet site. come on, now.
I sent them an email about it, but I don't know what they'll say. :\ I really think the security thing has gotten rather out of control over there, and I don't think they should be able to change that stuff without asking you.
