We're at the show, right? and it turns out that third row Ryohei side aisle are the best fucking seats in the whole fucking house.

and i don't just say that because we saw everybody just about evenly and everyone was gorgeous and Ryuichi is SO BEAUTIFUL and the :[] is so gorgeous and Ryohei's break dancing is phenomenal.

I SAY THAT BECAUSE. They saw us. Well, obviously they saw us we were in the third fucking row and foreign like Confucius at a Dallas rodeo, but i mean, they saw us. there was copious smiling and nodding.

BUT THEN. OH GOD.

Let me paint you a picture of concerts in japan: there are two thousand japanese fans, and every single one is standing perfectly still, waving a glowing object of some sort in perfect unison with the other 1,999 fans.

AND THEN THERE IS ME. ROCKING THE FUCK OUT. IN THE THIRD ROW. NEXT TO TABS WHO IS FOREIGN AND ON THE AISLE.

So, Feel the Fate starts up, and we are ROCKING THE FUCK OUT. and Keita is over on our side, pointing at some people and holding out the microphone and telling them to sing, and then he scans over and DOUBLE POINTS AT ME AND TABS

AND HOLDS THE MICROPHONE OUT

AND WE ARE SINGING OUR BRAINS OUT but apparently we suck because he starts to MOUTH THE LYRICS AT US

THAT'S RIGHT WE GOT FAIL KEITAED BY KEITA

hilariously, however, this is not the best part. Because eventually there is Fire Flower (no i don't fucking care if you are spoiled it's a fucking concert not DH) and Keita is swinging the towel to throw, and he comes back over

and points right at Tabs

and i want you to imagine the most perfect, beautiful arc you have ever seen in your whole life, slow and inevitable, because that is the arc the towel made before it dropped perfectly, inevitably into Tabs's hands.

And because this is Japan, not only did nobody fight her for it or try to mug her, everybody was asking her politely to touch it and taking pictures of us and having flaily fangirl conversations with us. I HAD JAPANESE CONVERSATIONS WITH JAPANESE W-INDS. FANGIRLS. LEGITIMATE CONVERSATIONS.

Not as cool as the towel but still very special to me, on the way out at the very very end, as they're walking out, Ryuichi is dawdling out on our side, and everybody around us is doing the double V fingers.

Except me. because i am making a ♥ with my fingers, out in front of me, so that I am looking right through them (yes like pi stfu). and Ryuichi very clearly goes "w...w...w...EH?! ♥?!"

And that is how i got a grin and a nod from Ryuichi directly to me through my heart-shaped fingers.

And that is all that I have to say about that.
