*hugs* Perhaps it's just the time of year that is a bit depressing? You know: cold, bad weather, and so on. ^^ My advice would be not to get too anxious about it. I've had some periods like that, in which I didn't feel like leaving the house at all. Sometimes it's just I'm being a bit lazy, and when I "force" myself to go out, even if just for a walk I feel better. =]
