That phrase is the best reason ever given for why the FCC needs to just go ahead and self-anesthetize and leave us all alone; it in no way evokes the sensibility of the phrase it purports to replace. Not. The. Same.
Also, eh, I like them all a hell of a lot.
I'm over here watching Hitchiker's Guide on SciFi. :D
the sad part is that i totally own them all, but it's more entertaining to watch the cable version to watch them try and censor it.
personally, melon farmer is the one that makes me laugh every time. a few years ago, we were watching it together and after like two hours of movie my mother finally says "...you know, i don't think he's really saying melon farmer..."
New, I reckon. I am one of the six people in the known universe who has never been able to find the book interesting, so this is, you know, new to me even though I totally am recognizing about every second-and-a-half line from people quoting. Heh. With Zooey Deschanel and Alan Rickman's voice and stuff.
I've only read a tiny bit of the first one, but I have seen a couple versions of the movie. I liked the new one quite a bit, especially how well Alan Rickman plays a suicidal robot.
I actually love the fourth movie the best, but mostly because I love Macboy, especially Macboy and his totally obvious mancrush on John McClane. hard4brains made me this way. Now I cannot return to thinking about Bruce Willis as an asexual being. *weeps*
