hikaru's with Tsubasa in that one, who looks completely new and adorable there (although he's not THAT new cause he was in the idol boards), but he's the one on the front cover too, cause this is the first Smart he's been in (that's why they're named that, Smart First Impression introduced somebody new, and now they're numbered way higher but always intro somebody new and give them the first segment solo and then another one with another person).

Yeah, that's Gen. He's in the segment right before the kaixshun, and then afterwards with Makoto. I like him and makoto together, but as a rule, yeah i don't enjoy gen. however, he gives, hands down, the hottest blowjobs out of anybody coat west.
