I don't think I ever read that interview really, cause I would surely remember it, but what I'm impressed by is the timeline. "well this happened and then you confessed and three days later we started going out, and that hotel was where we did it..." and it was all like years ago.

You're right that this feels different. But I can't help but think all along they've been pretty honest and we all just went "hahahahaha" and moved on.
