It's roundabout that time again, boys and girls. This year I'm once again filtering for the NaNo fic (although the rest of you will no doubt still be subjected to my whining during the process), so comment if you want to read the NaNo as it goes up. if i don't have you friended, comment anyway, and I'll add you so you can go on the filter. Everyone who was on the filter last year is still on so you don't have to ask to be added, but feel free to tell me that you're reading again, or tell me if you want to be taken off.

Working Title: Chaotic Butterfly: Unseen Wings

5*STAR is back. Eighteen months after the release of their single and their demotion to trainee status, the members continue on as regulars of Midareteku Entertainment. The summer's shaping up to be more than a little bustling, with Tsukioka and Adachi starring in a summer drama, Sakurai writing the theme single and staging a solo concert, and Goto and Rin acting as fill-in MCs for Ichiband Weekly. Under all the stress, the members start to come apart at the seams, and struggle to find ways to stay strong as a unit when they're scattered across Japan.

Will 5*STAR burn out, or will they prove that stars under the most pressure shine the brightest? Either way, this summer things are sure to heat up!

Now's the time to lobby for your favorite side-character bands, or to discuss what changes you think might have been made to ME since the last story.

Yup, they'll be back. Rana and Eliza were already making panting, high-pitched noises at me. I'm not sure in exactly what format, since the guys will be kind of split up, but I'm sure there will be at least cameos.

I'm sure Hasue-kun's ero dancing has only gotten more out of control in the last year. Junpei going through puberty = not helping.

Oh man, I want to see the Adachi/Tsuki-chin drama. I bet it's insanely gay and emo and rainbow covered.

Changes....? Well, I'd like to petition for some smut or a healthy amount of making out at the very least. YOU KNOW ADACHI AND TSUKIOKA WILL GET BORED WITHOUT THEIR MEN AND HAVE TO TURN TO EACH OTHER.

I just keep cracking up because you seem to have like eight million of them. HOW MANY DO YOU HAVE. We should have a collected Chaotic Butterfly icon post on the comm, because I know I made some that I only used a couple times and didn't keep.

Since deciding that was the plan like an hour ago, I've been trying to figure out what the hell drama somebody would even put Adachi and Tsukioka in. I think they're filming on location in Kansai though, possibly in conjunction with the reasonably popular Kansai ME duo, or maybe just one of them, who has yet to be named. It's so hard to come up with unit names when JE is already using all of the completely ridiculous ones.

I suspect there may be more outright action this year. I try not to do it, because it's fandom's job to come up with pairings and otps and all that, and the canon's job to like keep it all open to possibility, but I'm not sure I can go 50k more words without my preferences being totally obvious. We'll see.

All it means is that the NaNo posts will show up on your flist because you are on the filter, but they won't be visible to people who aren't on the filter. The filter is the same one from last year, so you'll be able to see all of last year's post. I tagged all the Chaotic Butterfly posts, so if you hit the comm i mentioned up above and check out the sidebar, there's a link that should bring up all the tagged posts.

AHAHA i was contemplating that in the car, because Adachi has the shiny new black macbook, y'see, and thus he can videochat easily with anybody else who has one, and so Tsukioka and Jaja were totally pestering Rin and Minhyun to get on and translate them blathering back and forth.

and by now Rin and Min are like "YOU TOTALLY DON'T NEED US" but nobody pays attention to them.

Yaaay! I just lurk around here, but I came out of hiding last time to read last year's nano, and I just wanted to pop up and say how excited I am to read more about 5*STAR OMG SO EXCITED!

As for what I'd like to see, can I just second/third/etc. more Pantheon and also if there could be some guest starring by Adachi's old pornos, that'd be amazing! In any case, GOOD LUCK!

NaNoWriMo is every November, a bunch of people sign up to write a 50,000 word novel during November. Last year, I wrote Chaotic Butterfly, a story about a boyband that wasn't really a boyband, but just looked like one and was sold like one. So this year I'm doing a sequel.
