I just want to say that since school ended, I have been to the gym 12 times, which is like 3 out of every 4 days, which is more than anybody in their right mind should have to go to the gym, and i have fucking gained four pounds.

so help me god, if anybody writes "it's muscle mass" in my comments i will reach through the computer and cockslap you across the face, because it really really isn't.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh. I am going to bed in the hopes that I will wake up in somebody else's body which isn't the worst body in the entire world.

Are you due for your period? Maybe it's water weight.

When you overexercise, your body retains water. I always gain weight when I exercise more than 4 times a week (that number is probably different for everyone, so you'll probably just have to find out what yours is). You'd think more exercise = more weight loss, ugh. Why do bodies make no sense. D:

Um. If you have a cock big enough to slap people with, maybe that is where all the weight is hiding?

Was gonna say the same thing as the commenter above >.>;;

Just keep going for a little bit longer and see if anything changes? Might be water weight!

make sure you're drinking enough water, and usually the first couple weeks after starting a workout regime you will gain a couple pounds, keep at it though and you should be seeing good results soon.

Everyone else has logical explanations. Hopefully they're true.

I also have a fail body sometimes. Like when I'm sick in bed for a week and eat next to nothing because all I do is throw it back up, and in the end I've gained five pounds. WTF.

you are too harsh. I happen to have quite found memories of your "worst body in the world" and I certainly do not remember it as such.

Now stop trying to ignore me before I have to call your parents and ask for your current number.

Seriously, I just want u to read my fic. :)

Well. There is the muscle mass thing. -hides-

But then also, when you exercise a lot you burn more calories, and therefore eat more as well, and that can make a person gain weight. And as someone already said, the retaining water.

Unfortunately I would know this very well, since after starting competitive swimming a few years ago I gained 40 pounds in 2 years. =/ Quit, and I've now lost quite a bit of it. Curse exercise.
