Feel free to rephrase a bit. Just picking up some mix-up in your translation.

I wonder since from when you're in my heart
(or maybe since from when you entered my heart might sound more lyrical)

離れている時間も まるで話しているかのように
You had the word 'totally' in it, but I feel that it's not really necessary, that the lyrics is more saying that 'as though we are talking'. The marude and youni is working similarly instead of differently and seperately.
