today's new icon is brought to you by Penny Arcade and also the fact that I cried at the gym. Sitting on the big yellow conditioning ball, which is as of this moment the most humiliating thing I've done this week.

It's only Tuesday, I'm sure it can be topped.

All this work in the gym must mean you can kick serious butt, or at least let off steam about your less than impressive work place.
In the last 5 years my pay has dropped well below the average wage so I can sympathize.

Yeaaaaah, I've had a pay wage for at least 5 years now because of our last govenor. -_- Never fun when everything else goes up and you still make the same.
