Vegetable Rejection

mousapelliSo yesterday I made mashed cauliflower.
let me back up: just because of a confluence of factors, I actually ate something like the recommended daily value of fruits AND vegetables for two days in a row, when normally I consider it a victory if I have a single fruit OR vegetable. So last night I made Cook This Not That's honey balsamic porkchops and they were seriously SO GOOD. I am totally willing to try anything else in this book now. But anyway, i've been recommended several times mashed cauliflower as a substitute for mashed potatoes and so i finally thought, what the hell, despite the fact that I hate cauliflower like burning, but mashed it was edible? it really was more or less the consistency of potatoes, after the blender.

snowqueenofhoth about Hiroshima fail and Tama's new costume (don't click that if you're drinking anything), suddenly my stomach started to HURT, like OWFUCK, for no reason. I think my body was like shit this might be ongoing VEGETABLE REJECTION. It died down after a couple hours, but if i turn out to be cauliflower intolerant or something, that would really be funny.
and in conclusion i should not at all have stayed up until 6am, wth idiot. Good thing B3 and I are going out for sushi for lunch. LOVE BOAT COMBO AHOY.

oh I had a bad stomach after eating too many vegetables and fruit all of a sudden, too. I think vitamin C overdose does that to you sometimes... ^^; (whybodywhy??)
