Sep. 23rd, 2011 12:28 amI don't understand how I can be so tired and falling asleep every three seconds on the couch, but as soon as i crawl into bed suddenly i can't sleep at all.

also i had to go back to the dr's today to have blood drawn (haaaate) and i probably should have discussed the fact that I've had a headache for a solid two weeks while I was there, but i just couldn't bear to argue with them about anything at the moment.

Date: 2011-09-23 06:12 am (UTC)After over a year going to my previous doctor and saying "My daughter is not well, what can I do?" and him saying "There is nothing wrong with her" I tried a new doctor and she said "anxiety, depression. Let's get you to the right specialist." Sorted!

Following her guidelines to only eat when you are hungry, and stop eating when you are comfortably satisfied, have at least 2 servings of fruit and at least 5 servings of vegetables a day, and a positive appraoch to exercise can help maintain your weight while you body catches up with the changes.
