Sometimes I hate being the competent person so much that I can't even tell you.

and by sometimes, I mean all the time.

I want to like Glee so much, but I just think that I can't. It's honestly painful for me to watch because all the junk about their school that's supposed to be campily exaggerated for comedic purpose, isn't actually exaggerated at all. It's not the first time this has happened. I have trouble watching Simpson's episodes that are too heavily about Ms. Krabaple these days too.

in case you couldn't tell from my last abysmal post, i'm really through with my job and everybody at it and possibly public education in general. I am way too smart for this stupid job and there has to be some other way I can get people to hand me money.

there's money in romance novels, right? If i write a male/male romance novel for NaNo next month, you guys'll buy it, right?

*spams randomly*

Does anybody else ever do this thing where there are some songs that sound so much like other songs that you sing the other song, and it syncs up perfectly? I always kind of thought I was the only person who did this, but TOKIO'S "Parasitic Plants" makes me sing along with Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn."

Listen to Parasitic Plants -- am i crazy?

The October's "Far Away" always makes me sing the Cure's "Just Like Heaven." Listen to Far Away -- when it gets to the chorus ("take me so far away") i start singing the show me show me show me how you do that trick etc.

And when Madonna's album Music came out, I always used to sing along to "Don't Tell Me" with the Corrs' "I Never Loved You Anyway" because it started with the same sort of guitar riff, but that totally worked too.

Does anybody else do this? I totally think it's just me.
